CBD Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This hemp-infused peanut butter banana breakfast smoothie is a great way to start the day! It packs a healthy dose of protein, so it'll fill you up when you're on the go. Not only is it tasty, it’s beneficial for both mind and body due to the healing properties of CBD.

A word of advice: If you freeze bananas for longer than a day, make sure you add your banana on top of all the other ingredients. The liquid will help work the banana chunks down without being too hard on your blender.

And if you don’t have time to freeze the banana, don’t worry! Just throw a cup of ice into the mix to thicken it up.

Ingredients

1 Banana (frozen)

½ c. Almond milk

¼ c. Vanilla Greek yogurt

½ c. Oats

½ tsp. Cinnamon

1 tbsp. Budz Butter Peanut Butter (Approx. 50 mg CBD)

3 tbsp. Peanut butter of your choice

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Serve in your favorite glass and enjoy a delicious smoothie infused with your daily dose of CBD!
